The Continental Aviramp is suitable for narrow bodied aircraft with a cabin floor height from 1.9 metres high to a height of 3.4 metre, with a 7.5° angle that covers narrow body aircraft such as the Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737 family, Embraer etc.
With a standard chassis footprint of 2.95 metres(w) x 9.5 metres plus the docking platform, this model is just 2 metres longer than traditional air-stairs for similar aircraft.Quick access crew and dispatcher service stairs also form part of the standard Aviramp continental model.
Powered by a single 5 KW electric start diesel engine which in turn powers a hydraulic drive motor the Aviramp Continental hydraulic system leads to minimal and cost effective maintenance.
